How I overcame Facial Blushing

I am here to give all of you hope, to provide you with the necessary faith to overcome your facial blushing. I can say that because I have myself overcome facial blushing (or at least limited my facial blushing to a level where it is no longer a problem). I am going to tell you all about how I overcame my problem.

It seems from conversations that I have had with fellow facial blushing sufferers that most of them get either SSRI or Beta-Blocker pills if they go and talk to a doctor about their problems. I was one of those patients and after my first visit to the doctor I walked home with a prescription for a SSRI drug. Unfortunately my first drug had a few side effects and especially the weight gain was hard to deal with. I found that because of my facial blushing, I was already avoiding some social engagements and I definitely did not need another reason (being overweight) to stay home. I talked to my doctor and together we were able to find a drug with less side-effects.

The pills worked to some degree and I managed to keep my facial blushing under control in most situations. However, I knew I needed something more to be able to function normally in my job. I did as so many others consider the ETS surgers, but I did not need anything so drastic as the pills were helping. I ended up with Hypnosis and NLP to provide that little extra help in keeping the facial blushing under control.

What I found was that NLP helped me with other areas of my life as well and I now find that I have a more fulfilling life than I did before I tried it. NLP is not specifically for Facial Blusing, so the life coaching skills that NLP practitioners teach help with other areas of your life as well such as relationships, stress management and insomnia.
